Huarache

Is a popular Mexican dish consisting in a large corn tortilla with refried black beans inside, smothered with red and green spicy sauces, onion, cilantro and fresh Mexican cheese, gab cactus and scallion on top. The name Huarache is derived from the shape of it, similar to sandals of the same name.
